The Westin Houston, Memorial City, Houston

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all of the heavenly Westin amenities, although they typically feel dark and dim to me. The service was extra courteous, especially from Olivia Greene and Brit, providing splendid assistance on multiple topics. The location was very busy, but great and always clean, offering access to shopping and medical appointments. The dining experience was high quality, with friendly staff, although the Open Buffet was only available on weekends. Despite some minor inconveniences, the hotel provided a secure and convenient stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean, modern, and HUGE. However, there was an issue with something not working in the bedroom that required engineering to fix. The hotel is linked to a nice shopping mall, surrounded by great restaurants, making the location amazing. The dining experience was extremely full and delicious, although the food seemed to have been brought straight from the grocery store.
